Make a set of custom coasters to 3D print.
7 shapes, sets of 1 to 8, your logo or lettering, a holder.

The Coasters generator makes a set of coasters and a holder for them. In the middle goes an icon, your text or your logo; lettering can run round the top and bottom edge; a pattern can fill the face. The art is inlaid or raised in a second colour, which is what makes a café's or a wedding's set look like its own.

How to design a coaster set
Pick the shape and size
7 shapes, 60 to 160 mm, 3 to 8 mm thick.
Choose the centre
An icon (cross, ring, square, triangle, star, heart, paw), one or two lines of text, or your logo SVG.
Add lettering and pattern
Text along the top and bottom edge, a border line, a library pattern or your own SVG.
Choose the finish
Inlaid (flat, two colours), raised, or a button style with 2 or 4 holes; an optional raised rim.
Set the count
1 to 8 coasters and a holder, then export.
What you can change
- Lettering
- Letter height 5 to 20 mm in 11 fonts.
- Pattern
- Rays, swirl, ripples, waves, zebra, blobs, scales, stripes, dots, hearts, flowers, checker, terrazzo, or your own SVG.
- Colours
- The coaster and its art in two colours; the holder in its own.
Printing tips
The 3MF keeps each colour as its own object, so a printer with automatic filament changes (such as a Bambu Lab AMS) prints it in one go. With one colour, print every object in the same filament.
Tip.An inlaid design stays flat, so a glass stands level on it.
Questions
Can I put my logo on the coasters?
Yes, as an SVG in the centre. You must hold the rights to the logo.
How many coasters are in a set?
1 to 8, with an optional holder.
Are the coasters food-safe?
A coaster holds a glass or a cup, not food. Sell it as a coaster, not as a food-contact item.
What file do I get?
A 3MF, which keeps each colour as its own object for a multi-colour printer, or an STL. Every file is checked before it downloads: closed (watertight) geometry, a single shell and walls thick enough to print.
Is it free?
The free plan gives 3 designs a month on each generator. Selling the printed pieces needs the Seller or Studio plan, which include the commercial licence.
Licence
On the Free and Maker plans you may print your designs for yourself and as gifts, not for sale. Selling the printed pieces needs the Seller or Studio plan, which include the commercial licence and a licence certificate for each design. Pieces made during the free beta, before paid plans launched, may still be sold on the terms of that time. The exported files themselves can never be resold or redistributed, on any plan.
This is a summary. Read Can I sell rings I 3D print with Morcano? and the Terms, which are the authoritative text.
